You may have recently received a letter from the NHS regarding changes to the way our practice will be working as of 1st April.
It has come to our attention that the letter has caused some confusion amongst our patients about registration at the practice.
Whilst it is technically correct that registrations do not apply unless undergoing a course of treatment, we’d like to reassure patients who regularly attend that we will continue to provide your general dental care as normal going forward.
You may be required to seek alternative dental care if you have failed multiple appointments or if you have not attended the practice for a number of years.
